Playhouse is finished!!! I have to say this was the biggest project I have ever done & probley the funnest! I spent hours & hours researching ideas.. I wanted the playhouse to not only be fun but to teach jax different things too.. I didn't use any patterns just borrowed alot of ideas & kinda winged it ;) Total cost was about $50.00. I made the Playhouse to fit our counter height kitchen table. The table measures 56x56. I purchased about 9 yards of felt at Joann's & I have a ton of leftovers. I love how it turned out & the look on jaxtin's face was priceless!! Here is a list of the websites I found ideas on.. I hope I didn't leave any out.. If I did please email me & I will be sure to add you to the list. I will post some more pictures soon.
Jaxtin's Market..... Has a Apple Barrel that all the apples are velcro so they can be removed & moved to the tree. The tree has flowers that are also attached with velcro. I'm planning on making some lemons, Pears, Christmas lights, ect It also has a crate that holds vegetables.
The Bank.... Has an ATM with a slot & money that is velco. It also has a door and 2 topiary trees that have velcro.
The Gas Station.... has a gas pump that is removable so he can fill up his cozy coop car that is still an inside toy..lol it has removable tools & removable oil cans that are all attached with velcro & a window.
The Post Office... Has a big blue Mail box with a slot to the inside & our house numbers, a small mail box that he can put the letters through the inside and a mail bucket with 3 letters.
