Hoppy Easter!

Here are a few of my Easter Decorations... The 2x4 Bunny & Chick I seen at wmcraftgoodies & knew I needed to make some for my shelf. I love how my Chick turned out but the Bunny's ears arn't quite right... They need to be more floppy... Oh well maybe I'll fix them some day ;) The Large Bunny I bought a few years back... Happy Easter!

Spring & Easter Decor

I can't believe how fast this year is flying by... Now on to some Spring & Easter Crafts! I totally love getting fun ideas from the craftgoodies site! I made these adorable 2x4 Flower Pots from her blog. The nice thing is that they didn't cost me a dime ;) I had all the supplies layin around the house. I love it when things work out that way.  She has the Cutest ideas for every holiday. I wish I has an ounce of her creativity.. She also Sells kits in her etsy shop so if you don't own a saw or just want some fun easy peasy craft kits you can get them from here. I promise you will love them ;)

Lucky Blocks

Here's some Extra Large LUCKY blocks I made using wood & vinyl. I have looked everywhere to find some cute St Patrick's Day decorations but I must be the only one who wants to decorate for this holiday ;) I even looked at Dollar Tree & NADA! Oh well I guess I will get creative & make some ;)

What's on Our Menu this Week?

So a couple of months ago I decided to be a little more organized and start planning a Menu every week. I have always struggled in the cooking department and it seemed like we were always eating the same stuff over and over. I am also going to cook atleast 1 new recipe a week and I am putting together a recipe binder to keep everything together.  So here's my Menu board so I can keep track of what I will be cooking ;) Here is what was on our menu this week.

Monday: Steak, Baked Potatoes & Stuffed Spinach Mushrooms
Tuesday: Hoagie Sandwiches and fruit
Wednesday: Chicken Rice Taco's
Thursday: Manicotti
Friday: Cheddar Ritz Chicken & Broccoli 
Saturday: Spagetti & Rhodes Breadsticks
Sunday:  Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup & Cornbread

Happy Valentines Day to Me!!

Look what my Sweetheart made for me for Valentines Day!! I first seen Jen's fabulous shelf on her blog  craftomaniac and knew that's just what I wanted for our front window! With our little toddler it's quite hard to put out any decorations... So this shelf is perfect!! My Husband did the most amazing job on this Beauty.

More Valentines

Here's some XOXO's I made out of a cedar post I had my husband cut into these squares a few years back for another project that I never got to.. I'm glad I finally made something with them ;) The X & O's are just 1/4 inch MDF wood.. I do have a tip... If you paint anything that is cedar it is a must to primer the wood first.. Yup I learned this the hard way ;)

Hugs & Kisses

Yeah I finally finished something ;) I have no decorations for any Holiday besides Christmas and a few Halloween so I decided I should fix that little problem. I Love my new Hugs & Kisses Sign. I got my inspiration from this site ontheavenuelogan. I love all their wood crafts. They sell all kinds of Home Decor and Craft Kits too.

Yes.. Another Snowman!!

Isn't He just Sweet?? At my family Christmas party I fell in love with this cute little guy.. lol I am such a sucker for Snowmen!! I'm sure all my family had thought I had lost my marbles as I was having a photo shoot with him... Anyway I thought he would be easy to recreate next year for some fun neighbor gifts!!! He had a little tag that reads: Every Snowman brings to mind how special you are, you're one of a kind!

Snowman Ornaments

Here's my latest project. I'm not sure what I'm doing with these cute little Snowman yet? Neighbor Gifts? I made 10 total. The best part is I didn't have to spend a dime as I already had all the supplies to make them!!

Family is...

Lifes greatest blessing. I made this wood 12x12 plaque for a gift for Christmas. It sits on a easel and has a piece of metal with a magnet rosette just to spice it up a little.

Yea the tree is up!!!

Well our Christmas Tree has been up since a few days before Thanksgiving & it's a good thing it was.. I've been down & out with a narley cold that won't go away!! We actually have 2 tree's. We have a smaller tree in our Living Room always decorated in Snowmen.. and a big tree in our Family Room where we gather at Christmas Time. Here are a few new Snowman ornaments I bought at a craft fair this year to add to our tree.

Picture Board

I found this idea in the gallery at My Vinyl Designer and thought what a great gift idea! I had already downloaded the saying for my Vinyl Machine so I was happy to find something fun and useful to make with it. The metal strip is magnetic so I cut a few daisies out to hold the pictures.
