Cupcake Toppers

I used the Stampin Up Batty for You set and the scalloped punch to make these Halloween cupcake toppers! The pumpkin muffins (sorry to lazy to make cupcakes) are made with 1 regular size can of pumpkin, 1 spice cake mix and a cup of chocolate chips, then bake per directions on cake mix box. Yum!

Witches Broom Stick!!

I made this Witches Broom Stick for my Daughter to give to her Best Friend for Halloween. We filled it with Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies.
Give witches-for-a-night a proper send-off with broomstick favors. You need two lunch-size paper bags for each broomstick. Unfold one bag, and push out its base while folding in the left and right sides. Using scissors, cut the bag into thin strips, stopping short of the base. Cut thin strips into the top inch of the second bag. Open both bags, and place the second bag inside the shredded one; fill with candy. Insert a small branch 1 inch into the bag; cinch the tops of both bags, and secure with black twine.

Mummy Candy Box...

My good Friend Renee gave me this great idea for these Mummy Candy Box. A few years ago My Cousin & Sister got together & made 60+ of these Boxes for the Nurses at The Nursing Home where my Grandma lived. They were sooo easy. We bought the large boxes of Whoppers & cut a million strips of cardstock & inked them. We wrapped the boxes and used sticky tabs to secure. We left a space blank for the eyes & inked a little black then just punched 2 different sized circles for the eyes. The we added a cute Halloween saying to the bottom.

Pumpkin Poop..

I started to carve a pumpkin with my carving knife and scoop, But the pumpkin got so scared He took a little poop! It looked so cute and funny just like a candy treat so I'm sharing it with you now because you are so sweet!

These are the cutest fall cookies I have ever seen! I found these on the family fun website So I made my own!! So don't go lookin at the picture on their wesite, They are much cuter than mine.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:Cookies (ours were about 2 1/2 inches in diameter)White frostingAssorted sugar wafers (ours were about 2 1/2 inches long)Candy cornMini chocolate chipsBran cereal (we used Kellogg's All-Bran Extra Fiber)Chocolate sprinkles1. Frost the top of each cookie. 2. Cut a sugar wafer in half. Add a dollop of frosting to the top edge of the cookie and stick a wafer half to it for a hat top, as shown. 3. Place a whole sugar wafer just below the hat top for a brim. Use a little more frosting to decorate it with slices of candy corn or mini chocolate chips. 4. Press pieces of bran cereal hair into the frosting around the hat. 5. For the face, press on a candy corn nose, mini chocolate chip eyes, and a chocolate sprinkle stitched mouth.

Frankenstein Box

I have seen these cute little boxes all over the internet so I thought I'd try & make one. I made him from coasters & used a bunch of Stampin Up Punches.. I'm going to fill Frank with candy & give it to TJ's reading teacher....Trust me she deserves much much more..But this will have to do for now!

Mummy Basket

Mummy Basket I made like forever ago... Can you tell, he does look pretty rough. All I did was buy an apple basket paint face and nose...and cut muslin fabric strips and wrapped and hot glued.. Fun to give out your Halloween treats in.

Brown Bag Pumpkins....

I found this cute pumpkin bag on http://crafts.kaboose.com/paper-bag-pumpkin.html these would be really great for a party bag or table decoration!!!

What you'll need:
1 brown paper lunch bag
Acrylic paint: orange and leaf green
Paintbrush
¼ sheet brown construction paper
6- 12” pieces of green raffia
Scissors
How to make it:
Paint the outside of the lunch bag with orange paint.
Paint the inside, top portion of the bag with leaf green paint. (See photo.)
Paint a second coat of orange paint on the bag, only this time, paint the top outside portion with the leaf green-colored paint.
When paint is completely dry, fringe the green section of the bag with your scissors, strips should be approximately ½” – 1” wide.
Fill bag with crumpled newspaper (if using as a decoration) or candy and treats.
Gather top of bag with your hand and tie a piece of raffia around it, just below the green section.
Continue tying pieces of green raffia around the neck of the bag until all of it has been used.
Cut a 1.5” wide strip of brown construction paper and roll up into a tube. Insert the tube of paper into the center of the green portion of the bag as the stem. If these bags are used as decoration, you can glue the stem in place.

Meet George!!

This is George! He is our favorite Halloween Monster.. A really sweet family friend made him for my Mom & he was to scary for the grandkids so we adopted him!

Yummy Mummy Hotdogs!!

Any little tummy will love these Yummy Mummy Dogs made with Rhodes frozen roll dough. Your costumed creatures will howl with fright-night delight to the very last bite.
Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold

For each Mummy Dog, cut one dinner roll in half. Roll each half into a 22-24-inch rope. Wrap one rope around hot dog from bottom up 4 1/2 inches. Cut a 1 1/2 inch piece off of the second rope and set aside. Wrap the second rope around the hot dog from the bottom up 4 1/2 inches going the opposite way. Wrap the 1 1/2 inch piece around the top of the hot dog. Place Mummy Dogs on a sprayed baking sheet and bake at 350°F 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, cool slightly and add mustard eyes. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard.

Frankenstein’s Putrid Punch

1.13-ounce package of lemon lime Kool-Aid
1 cup sugar
8 cups water
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
4 cups ginger ale
Worm cubes (ice cubes with gummy worms frozen inside)
3 scoops orange sherbet

Empty the Kool-Aid package into a punch bowl. Add the sugar, then the water, and stir until dissolved. Stir in the orange juice. Just before serving, add the ginger ale and worm cubes and float the scoops of sherbet on top. Before long, the punch will be green and infested with worms. Serves 14.

Party Tip: Be sure to freeze your worm cubes before the party.

Pumpkins made from Dryer Vent Hoses!!

Here's What you need to make these cute little pumpkins..

.....4 inch Plastic Dryer vent Hose found at Hardware Stores, Kings, True Value ect. (Home Depot only sells metal)

.....Wire Cutters

.....scissors

.....Hot Glue Gun

.....Orange High Gloss Spray Paint

.....Twigs from your yard or your neighbors..

.....Silk Leaves

Wrap Hose in a circle to make the size of pumpkin you want and cut (usually 24 inches). Hot Glue.. Spray pumpkins with 2 coats of paint, Let dry about an hour. Add a little twig and silk leaves.

In Honor of the Bat that Animal Control and 3 other Police Officers, (I'm glad we could keep them busy) had to come and remove from our neighbors fence last week, Ted & I had alot of fun cutting vinyl Bats and decorating the windows for Halloween.
