Flower Pot Cake Pops

Here are some fun Cake Pop Flower Pots I made for the Graduation BBQ dessert table.. I just used green Styrofoam in the bottom & some brown shred.. The Cake Pops had Mini Cupcake Liners under them to make them pop a little. I got the Pots at Michael's Crafts!

Felt Crafts

My Daughter bought this cute felt Penguin & Cowboy Boot at a craft fair. She wants to make them for her friends for Christmas next year & fill them with candy. They are just glued together and a slit is cut in the back. The Boot could also be used for a Party Favor too!

Table decorations

Last of the party pics... We tied cow print balloons to real horseshoes for table decorations, also each table had a wood frame with a picture of Tiffany on or with one of her horses. My little sweet 16 year old has now hit me and her Dad up for another party just like this one for her 17th Birthday... We laughed hard about that.. Then she said "You only turn 17 once!"

The Party is Over!!

Yea! The party is over! Everyone had a really fun time!! The Food was awesome thanks to Mom and Jim. The Kids (and adults) enjoyed singing Karaoke and doing the cat walk. Tiffany's Dad even got out and danced with the kids...He even showed them some breakdancing moves... That scared me I thought he was going to break a hip or something.. Hehe Everyone really enjoyed the picture video I made of the last 16 years of Tiffany and there were even a few tears shed.. My Aunt did a really great job doing games & keeping everyone entertained! Here is some of the table decorations I made. More to come..

Helium??

A Helium Shortage?? I thought the Company's were crazy... But there really is a shortage. This is the first time I've ever needed to rent a Helium tank so why should I expect anything else?? Just my luck. The guy at the Helium rental place said to rent a tank that would fill 50 balloons would cost $50 bucks one dollar per balloon plus the cost of the balloons which I already have..(Cow print balloons of course) So with the cost of the balloons and helium it would cost about $1.35 per latex balloon.. Yikes So I found this little Balloon Helium Kit at Walmart for $20 bucks and will fill up 30 balloons.. So I bought 2 and called it good.

Rootin' Tootin' Good Time!!

Here's one of the game prizes I made up for the party... The Tag reads "We Hope You Had a Rootin Tootin good Time!" It has Chili & Rootbeer inside the package. I found this cute idea on Splitcoast Stampers. The person who posted it made a New Years card & gave out a can of chili & bottle of Rootbeer for a Rootin' Tootin' New Year.. Tiffany said none of her friends would thinks it's very funny...
